A bit restrained, this Boudriotte will likely require a bit of time in bottle to begin to show the full extent of its character, but should begin to open up in the next two years or so. The texture is waxy and vibrant with good acidity to keep things light and balanced. As it sits in the glass it begins to come forward with some of the previously hidden aromas; guava, honeydew and ripe pear.
